Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using NoteBP ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NoteBP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NoteBP is a personal health tracking application that allows you to:
- Record blood pressure readings (systolic and diastolic)
- Track heart rate
- Log mood and notes with each reading
- View trends and history of your readings
- Export reports in PDF format (Premium feature)
Medical Disclaimer: NoteBP is intended for personal tracking purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from this App.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data you enter into the App
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Backing up your data if desired
- Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
4. Premium Subscription
NoteBP offers premium features through in-app purchases:
- Monthly Subscription: $1.99/month
- Annual Subscription: $9.99/year
- Lifetime Purchase: $19.99 one-time
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NoteBP and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your health data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTEBP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoteBP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
